Installations

1999 Lincoln Navigator

Designed and installed by Jerry Chue and Jeff Blackett of Ralph's Radio Victoria.

Jerry and Jeff installed a 5.1 video system as well as a complete Boston Acoustic audio system.
With an IVAD300 head unit installed in-dash, equipped with a 6-disc MP3 changer and Ipod interface, the Navigator has no shortage of music to choose from. Boston Acoustics 746 speakers replaced the factory air vents to run as center channels.
Hidden beneath the amp rack is the PXA-H701 multi media manager, MRP-T220 center channel amp and all of the EFX power and light distribution. The subwoofer enclosure was molded out of fiberglas witha MDF base finished in colour matched vinyl.
Amplification is churned out by three Boston Acoustic amps. The 4-channel GT-40 amp powers the SL80 speakers in all of the factory door locations. the two GT-24 amps power the G5 subwoofers, one amp per subwoofer.
You can't miss the glow coming from this truck at night! Varad LEDs were used throughout to provide lighting.
Two Boston Acoustics G5 12" subwoofers were used to provide bass. The GTR passive radiators provide 3 decibels more output without having to add extra subs.
Three EFX stiffening capacitors were used to provide extra power when those big bass notes hit. EFX wiring was used throughout the install.
The stock headlights were upgraded with a 8000k HID kit, giving the Navigator ultra bright lighting for those foggy Victoria nights.
