Account Pooling |

With Account Pooling you can share minutes across your team to maximize savings. Team Members must have the Account Pooling feature to either contribute or receive dollars with other members on the same account with Account Pooling. Mike pioneered the idea to let high-end users on a large account make use of low-end users' leftover airtime or spending each month.
* Note: Dispatch 40 can receive only - it cannot contribute dollars to other Team Members. |

Conference Calling |

Conference Calling allows you to have a phone conversation with two different people at the same time, to avoid confusion and let you to use your time more efficiently.
* Note: Applicable air time is charged for each call that is in progress. Long distance is applicable if calls are accepted or made to an area outside of your local calling area. |

Call Waiting |

|
Call Waiting helps you avoid missing important callers when you're on another call by alerting you when another call comes through. You can either accept the second incoming call or let it to go straight to voice mail. Call Waiting works with Caller ID so you can see who's calling you before you decide to interrupt your first call.
* Note : Applicable air time is charged for each call that is in in progress.
For example, if you are on a call, and you put your first call on hold
to answer the second, both calls are rated separately.
Long distance is applicable if call waiting calls are accepted while outside of your local calling area. |

Caller ID |

|
Caller ID displays the number of incoming calls when you're in a digital service area. It allows you to prioritize incoming calls so you don't miss the most important ones and minimize unnecessary interruptions. Because Caller ID works in conjunction with Call Waiting, you can see who is calling you before you decide to interrupt the first call you're on.
* Note: This feature is only available in digital service areas. |

Voicemail 10 |

You can always take your phone with you but you may not want to be interrupted by an incoming call. Voice Mail 10 ensures that you never miss a call and you can pick up your messages from your Mike or wireline phone from anywhere in the world.

your Mike phone, from outside of the digital service area,

Call Forwarding |

Call Forwarding allows you to redirect all incoming calls to another phone number so you can avoid giving your contacts a list of numbers to try to reach you. When Call Forwarding is switched on, your phone won't ring and all incoming calls will be re-directed to the number you specified when you turned the feature on.
* Note: Additional minutes (above 3000) cost
30 cents each. Long distance is applicable if calls are
forwarded to an area outside of your local calling area. |

Detailed Billing |

Detailed billing provides clients with a detailed review of all call activity,
including a list of phone calls made, the date and time of the calls, and the
number of airtime minutes used for each call. It's great for viewing and
tracking your mobile phone usage every month. |

Talk Around |

|
Mike's Talk Around allows direct two-way radio contact within a 3km range between two or more handsets equipped with Mike's Talk Around service, so you can stay in touch even when you are outside of Mike's network service.
Use Code or private mode operation and access up to 10 channels. Talk to anyone on your code and channel within range.
* Note: Not all Mike handsets are equipped
with Talk Around capabilities. |

Receive text messages sent from a mobile
phone for free. International text messages sent outside of Canada and the US will be counted as part of the bundle, but a 5ø cent premium charge per message will be applied. Promotional and premium rated text messages are not included in the

With TELUS IM, you can send and receive instant messages with your buddies
in any TELUS, MSN, ICQ and Yahoo! community using both your PC and
Web ready wireless phone.
- TELUS IM is absolutely free to use on any PC.
- On your wireless phone,
it's only 10ø to send a message and free to receive.
- Notification of messages received while you're offline is an optional
feature and costs 10ø per notification.

Use your Mike handset and Wireless Modem kit to connect your laptop to the Internet
anywhere within TELUS Mobility's digital service area. You can add Mike Online to your existing voice plan. Minutes
of use will be taken from your voice plan's total minutes*, with additional minutes
being charged at your current voice plan rate.
* Mike dial-up services are excluded from all unlimited
calling options including unlimited local evenings and weekends. Mike dial-up
is excluded from the Account Pooling option.
